How much is shipping and how long is shipping time?

Shipping costs start at $15.00 for hair bundles, and start at $5.00 for lashes. Shipping is 2-10 business days from the day of ordering depends on what you choose upon checkout. Business days are Tuesday-Friday only, no weekends, and no national holidays.

What does an "Awaiting Shipment" email mean?

An order that is awaiting shipment means that your order processing is now complete and will be shipping out soon.

When will i receive my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are generated roughly 1-2 business days from the day of ordering.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
